July 18, 2003 The Dongfang Boiler Factory Industrial Boiler Branch Factory was chartered and the Zigong Dongfang Boiler Industrial Boiler Co., Ltd was established.

March 29, 2004 The Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd of Dongfang Boiler Factory were merged by the model of bearing debt.

November 2, 2004 The plant, office buildings as well as machines and equipment etc. of Zigong Huayu Power Station Boiler Equipment Co., Ltd was merged.

November 24, 2004 The Zigong Dongfang Boiler Industrial Boiler Co., Ltd changed its company name as Sichuan Dongfang Boiler Industrial Boiler Group Co., Ltd.

December 31, 2004 The Zigong No. Seven People’s Hospital was merged bulkily.

January 30, 2005 The Zigong Dongfang Boiler Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd changed its name as Zigong Dongfang Boiler Installation Engineering Co., Ltd.

April 18, 2005 The Party Committee and Disciplinarum Committee of Sichuan Dongfang Boiler Industrial Boiler Group Co., Ltd were established.

March 20, 2006 The Labor Union Committee of the Group Co., Ltd was established.
